Mandy and Kyle are getting married next year in Newport. We had a hard time scheduling the engagement session, and Mandy really wanted fall colors. We had tried to schedule a time in October, but that didn’t end up happening. We then wanted to do a shoot a the first week in December, and it ended up being so cold and windy, we decided to scratch it. We finally got together later in the week and ended up meeting in downtown Boston. I’m so glad we rescheduled because even thought it had warmed up, it was still chilly along the Boston Waterfront. Mandy brought two outfits, which made for fun photos. I absolutely love her dress, and she had some killer heels. I love my brides who are troopers, willing to hike around town in 4 inch heels. I had sneakers on and my feet hurt after an hour of shooting.
We hit up the North end, one of my favorite go to spots. Kyle was a good sport even though I made him a public spectacle. We tried to keep the PDA to a minimum. Even with the minimal PDA we were able to get some killer shots. Some of my favorite shots are the sunset shots as we were walking back to our cars.
