Karen and Matt were married in Acton Ma at their friends backyard. It was such a lovely affair with close friends and family. They were lucky enough to have a good friend with a beautiful backyard for the wedding ceremony and reception.

> Where was your rehearsal dinner? Holiday Inn, Boxborough
How did you two meet? We meet online
How did you get engaged? Matt asked me on my back patio, in front of a fire, with a nice bottle of wine from Nashoba Wineries, and 500 Miles by The Proclaimers playing in the background.
When asked why they had their wedding at their families backyard they said ” We wanted a nice intimate setting for a small group of family and friends – when my brother offered his house, we knew it would be the perfect location.”
How did you find the vendors you used? We made a few phone calls – Sue Zahner was wonderful, we loved the food initially and then went to a couple of group tastings. Obviously, that is also where we met our wonderful photographer. 🙂 Our DJ was actually also a custodian at Framingham High School.
What was your favorite part of your wedding? The favorite part for both Matt and me was my entrance in with each of my three brothers and seeing Matt up front waiting for me. For him, likewise, watching me walk in and waiting for me…we will never forget that.
I always like to ask my clients a few things if they could back and change what would it be?
We probably should have made it a point to have some additional family photos taken informally at the reception sooner as some family members left earlier than expected.
Brides love to know where other brides honeymoon? We went to Playa del Carmen, Mexico.
