The Challah seen here in this North Chelmsford Massachusetts Bar Mitzvah Ceremony at Congregation Shalom was brought by a family member. The challah, like most Jewish customs, is steep in tradition. The challah is made o f6 strands and is supposed to resemble arms intertwined, symbolizing love, or notably truth, peace and justice. The Jewish Customs are always a beautiful thing to watch and be a part of. Bar and Bat Mitzvahs are one of my favorite types of events to photograph and be a part of. Listening to why they do certain rituals in the ceremony is always fascinating to me. As someone that loves tradition, the Jewish ceremony of Bar and Bat Mitzvah is one that is lovely to be a part of.
