A couple sits in the sand on the beach of Massachusetts with bushes behind them hugging for their engagement session. This beach was located up in Gloucester MA and I had never been there before
Good Harbor Beach has a hidden secret called Milk Island. Milk Island is an island off the beach that you can only get too at low tide. You can walk out on a spit of land and turn around and see all of Gloucester without ever getting on a boat! How fun is that!
Nicole suggested that we go to Good Harbor Beach up in Gloucester MA. I had never been there and when I got there I was overwhelmed with the options of places to take photos. On one side you have a rocky jetty that lines the beach and on the back side you have green vegetation to work with to add a bit of color. The sunset is also behind them which helps with setting up a variety of shots. Shooting into the sun can sometimes be difficult depending on the way you are trying to shoot. Nicole and Chris were great subjects for this shoot and I was so excited to be able to capture their fun love and personalities We picked a great time of day for them, and the wind wasn't too much. It felt like we were shooting a commercial for jeans and flip flops and we had so much fun doing it!
Location: Good Harbor Beach, Gloucester Massachusetts.
