When their friends pointed out that &#8220;from that point forward, more of [y]our lives will be spent with each other than not,&#8221;\u00a0they threw a &#8220;Half Life&#8221; Party at\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/graciesprovidence.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Gracie&#8217;s\u00a0<\/a>in Providence, RI.\u00a0 A love story that started the summer before their freshman year at Boston University.\u00a0Since, they&#8217;ve\u00a0&#8220;never not been together, actually&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">The couple has &#8220;a thing about tea&#8221;, and so they decided to have a proper tea party; hats and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.people.com\/people\/package\/gallery\/0,,20395222_20485864_20943755,00.html\">fascinators\u00a0<\/a>were\u00a0<wbr \/>encouraged. \u00a0As Abby tells it &#8220;once you&#8217;re having tea &#8230; well, you have to have hats, don&#8217;t you?&#8221; \u00a0Gracie&#8217;s put together a custom menu for them (including the menu cards), featuring a Japanese Strawberry Cake specifically requested by the couple. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">The bride wore a gorgeous gold\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tadashishoji.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Tadashi Shoji<\/a>\u00a0gown with an\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.etsy.com\/people\/andiecohenhealy?ref=ls_profile\" target=\"_blank\">Andie Cohen-Healy<\/a>\u00a0designed\u00a0<wbr \/>fascinator from\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/thefeatheredhead.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">The Feathered Head<\/a>. \u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.styleseat.com\/cherylirons\" target=\"_blank\">Cheryl Irons<\/a>\u00a0was responsible for her chic up-do which was specifically designed for her fabulous headpiece.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.polyvore.com\/christys_london_rabbit_fur_felt\/thing?id=32147588\" target=\"_blank\">Christys of London for Brooks Brothers<\/a>\u00a0<span style=\"color: #000000;\">provided\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Chris&#8217; bowler and\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.brooksbrothers.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Brooks Brothers<\/a><span style=\"color: #333333;\">\u00a0for the rest of his dashing ensemble. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Abby and Chris hadn&#8217;t had a traditional wedding ceremony or reception with a photographer, so I was lucky enough to be asked. \u00a0I love a good reason to celebrate &#8211;
